    Parameter Settings

    OPECMADE's wires will show immediate perferormance improvements without changing the machine's settings.

    However, there are still opportunities to maximize the wires' performances by manipulating the machines parameters.

    Here are some tips that will allow EDM machine operators to fully utilize the wires' potential, increasing the cutting speed.

    Sodick

    - Increas On Time and lower A of MAO simultaneously

    - Set IP at max (2215) and lower SV slightly

    - Set SF at the actual machining speed if the the actual speed is faster than the set speed.


    Mitsubishi

    - Increas IP and lower A of SB simultaneously

    - Off Time can be lowered slightly

    - VG can be lowered slightly


    Fanuc

    - On Time can be increased

    - Lower Off Time and WP2 simultaneously

    - SV can be lowered

    - Set SF at the actual machining speed if the the actual speed is faster than the set speed.


    Seibu

    - Lower Off Time and increase I simultaneously

    - VG can be lowered slightly

    Handy Spool

     

    For more convenient use, we offer wire spools with hand grips with the "stopper" function that prevents spools from rolling and falling from the table.
    Furthermore, users do not need to squeeze their hands into small boxes. Just use the grips.
    When installing spools onto the machine, hit the grip hard, then it will separate from the body.
    After using, insert the grip for the later use.
